Currently taking some time out of gigging schedule to work on and demo new material for my next album.  Recently invested in a new keyboard to bring in a new element to my music.  Sounding great so far, more news as and when  I have some.

Received an excellent new review from Scotlands best known and most excellent online fanzine, Jockrock, as always delivered with the usual eliquence that they always do, thank you very much. check out review(linked on left) and leave your comments on Jockrock's feedback box at top of the page.

currently in Clearwater studio demoing new material against album no 2, the theme for which is expanding horizons, still contemplative but looking further afield and moving on in a more upbeat and positive fashion.

Gig in Twa Tams Perth, 1st August cancelled due to GNS recording commitment. To be rescheduled soon.

Stuart has been selected as a featured artist on Sonic Garden, and has put 2 of his tracks online for download, Coming on up and Groovy People.

Am to support The Grim Northern Social at the Twa Tams in Perth on 1st August. Should be good as they have built up an excellent reputation.

Recently played the Mercat festival in Edinburgh. Played last year too, this year was better for me, my year at college has made me a much better performer and this was commented on by the soundman who engineered me last year too. More gigs should come from this one too.

...now legendary week-long festival at the popular Edinburgh venue...watch this space and press for full line-up.

Stuart played Go North festival, on 7 May 2002 8.30pm at the new Dr. Drakes venue ships row(off Market street) in Aberdeen.

Really enjoyed this gig, nice venue great audience and made some great contacts too, all in all a worthwhile festival will definately go back to any events they are organising as it was very good all round.

Should be getting a review of Utopia by Jockrock soon, will keep you posted, have been told that they like the album so look forward to that.
